1) Overseas Adventure Camp ( Mt Ophir )
Program : Mt Ophir
Date: 04/09/10
Attire: School P.E Attire ( For those who are going to Mt Ophir only)
Time: 7.30A.M ( Report at school first )

Camping List:
T- Shirts & old clothes (jungle activities)
jeans/trousers/track pants
sweater/jacket
sleeping bag
small haversack ( compulsory )
shoes ( compulsory)
sandals/slippers
socks
raincoat/foldable umbrella/ poncho
cap
mess tin ( will be provided ) and cutlery
personal toiletries
toothbrush and toothpaste
bath and face towel
tissue paper
plastic bags to store wet clothing of soiled clothing
insect repellent/heat pack/muscle relaxant
sleeping wear in hostel/camp
personal medication
water bottle
torch light and sufficient batteries
basic stationary items to take notes
Optional: camera, films and spare batteries. ( own risk ),spending money( approx RM 150).


2) Local Adventure Camp Consent Forms and briefing

Take note:
1)Please take the local adventure camp consent form and kit list from SSG Elvis Wong .

2)There will be a local adventure camp briefing on this Saturday on the 4th of September from 10am to 10.45am ( this is for those who are not going for the Mt Ophir ONLY). Attendance is compulsory.

Please take a consent form from SGT Ridzuan if you do not have the consent form for the event, after signing it please give back to any of the admin NCOs before the day of the event.

If any case where you do not have the consent form for the event on the event date, you will not be allowed to go for the event.
